MoveAI

Summary

MoveAI, a startup at pre-seed stage based in Washington D.C., which had no product or website designed or built yet, hired me as a product designer to design a UI/UX of an iOS app which helps users relocate via chatting with AI concierge, and a web app which MoveAI agents use to manage relocations and communicate with users/customers.

Design process

CEO of MoveAI had a somewhat clear idea of how MoveAI should help the user relocate and which features and capabilities to include, so based on the steps that he outlined for me that the AI concierge will take the user through to help fully relocate, he asked me to design the iOS app that the user will use to relocate and the web app that MoveAI agents will use to communicate with users and manage relocations. Basically, he decided on which steps the user has to go through to relocate, and then I had to design a simple app which includes those steps as well as ways to manage tasks, vendor's offers, inventory and invoices. I showed progress on design and improvements to CEO on a daily basis, to review and decide what to implement.

Mobile app for users/customers

This is the design of an iOS app that would be used by MoveAI customers to relocate simply via chatting with a friendly AI concierge.

Web app for MoveAI admins

This is the design of a web app that would be used internally by MoveAI administrators and customer support representatives to keep track of all the relocations and talk to users/customers if they need help with anything.

Results

MoveAI started successfully handling moves and became #2 product of the day on ProductHunt.

"Adis helped us put together an early version of our product, and he absolutely ran with the vision. He not only thought through the details that others might overlook but also brought strong visual design instincts that elevated the work. Adis has that rare mix of creative thinking and execution. You can hand him a concept and trust he'll push it forward with care and polish."
